This is a GUI software developed in Python to deal with MRI image data set. It aims to help doctors diagnose the disease for patients. The MRI image is projected to different directions, displayed, and could be operated by doctors.


The application is a graphical user interface for viewing multi-dimensional images, such as those in medical imaging. It was especially developed for 4D images which contain voxel data for different B-values. The paradigm is to visualize the data using different 2D projections in multiple windows. There are user tools to manipulate and synchronize these projections. Additional data, such as region of interest, can be chosen from the data or displayed over the data. It is also possible to display several images together for comparison purposes.
